Strictly No Refund nor Exchange

All baked goods are non refundable nor exchangeable due to their perishable nature, and that they are all made fresh to order. 

 

Shipping and Billing Address

Please provide accurate shipping and billing details if you have opted for delivery.

Any mistake made on your part will not be reimbursed.

Store Pickups

Please adhere to store operational timings or the time slot confirmed with you, before heading down to collect your order.

Lead Time

All preorders should be made ​at least a week in advance.

Minimum Purchase Quantity

All preorders require minimum purchase quantity, regardless of flavours chosen.

 ​

Butter Cake: 2 per flavour

Pandan Chiffon Cake: 2 per flavour

Pandan Chocolate Chiffon Cake: 4 per flavour

All Other Chiffon Cakes: 8 per flavour

Cream Puffs (box of 6): 4 boxes

Sea Salt Brownies (box of 6): 4 boxes

Signature Pineapple Tarts: 2 bottles

All Cookies: 2 bottles per flavour

 

 

PACKAGING TERMS

In order to support less wastage and harm to the environment, we will only accept requests for extra bags equating to items bought.

No extras will be given.

Individual Pineapple Tarts Paper Bag: Fits 1 tub of Pineapple Tarts

Individual Medium Paper Bag: Fits 2 tubs of Pineapple Tarts, 1 tub of Pineapple Tarts and 1 tub of cookies, or 4 tubs of cookies

Individual Cookies Plastic Bag: Fits 2 tubs of cookies
